Delivery & Shipping

We are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and hassle-free delivery experience. Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares, packs, and ships your items to ensure they reach you safely.

Order Processing:
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment and order confirmation.

Delivery Time:
Our standard delivery time is approximately 7–14 business days (up to 2 weeks), depending on your location, shipping method, customs clearance, and other factors. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping & Handling:
All orders are securely packed before dispatch to help prevent damage during transportation. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. You can use the tracking details to follow your package during transit.

International Delivery:
For international orders, delivery may take additional time due to customs clearance, local postal services, or import procedures. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays:
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can sometimes occur because of weather conditions, holidays, customs inspections, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Orders:
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will review the situation and assist you as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and always do our best to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.
